NEVER I REPEAT NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE! My husband and I purchased a car December of 2016 and have been in a constant battle with them. We found out the car has had a transmission problem so brought the car back to get repaired... not just once but 3 times! Finally took it to a ford dealership and found out that A Tech didn't even activate the warranty we purchased from them. Therefore we brought it back to them and they told us they don't have anyone certified to do transmission work.... soooo, who has been working on it the past 3 times we've brought it back? They have failed to return our calls.... we've reached out to the owner and nothing..... Please go and buy a car somewhere else. They aren't worth the dollars saved. I promise.
DONT BUY FROM THEM!! I wouldnt even give them one star if it there was an option. Selling lemon cars with absolute terrible customer service! Bought a f250 from them, and it failed safety inspection for tire rot, after a month of arguing with them, they finally agreed to put new tires on it, but only if i paid for 2 of them. Under Massachusetts law, it is their responsibility to fix all four. They charged me $300, AND THEN PUT THE WRONG TIRES ON THE TRUCK! They put passenger car tires on a F250! Refused to show me a parts receipt for the cheap tires they put on the truck. Tires only cost $60 each and they charged me $300! They refuse to fix any of the crappy cars they sell! They are a disgrace! No one should ever buy here, you will get f****d over!
I can't even believe the problems coming from this place. There is a lemon law for a reason. But they don't care. Will sell you a vehicle that will not last even the first 30 days! Owner fights with you instead of being mature fixing the problem that should have been fixed before car came off lot!! Very dishonest and untrustworthy. I would not recommend this place for anyone. Does not back his vehicles! Buyer beware!!! ( and it only got a 1 star bc the was the least it could be given. If I have the choice they wouldn't even get the 1!!!!!)

It's probably best to go with a more reputable "dealer." Just like Laura, I had issues with a vehicle I purchased here and I went back and forth with these folks for months. I'm sure it was a part of the plan for them to give me the run around so I couldn't exercise Lemon Law and return the vehicle. I went against my better judgement and didn't RUN AWAY screaming when the "sales guy" tried to spray WD-40 on a squeaky belt instead of them just saying they would replace the belt (belt had to be replaced twice). Took it to Ford once and spent close to $800 to repair an issue that was coming up on the check engine light that they chose to ignore. Not to mention that every time I went back to them for one issue or another, which seemed to be seven or eight times, they would fix something new, but never the issue I was coming in for. I just left Ford for a second time yesterday where I spent an additional $450. This wasn't worth my time or money. In the end, I have to get rid of a vehicle I just got 4-5 months ago and take a MAJOR loss. Go to CarMax for people who will stand behind their vehicles, or anywhere else except for here.
