If I'm paying to come to the car wash, I obviously don't want to have to do any part of it myself. This place was a ripoff and I will not be using this car wash again.
I have never had a problem at Randy's. In fact, they recently made some upgrades and/or improvements. This is not a detailing service and as inexpensive as it is, their staff needs to pump out cars as quickly as possible. If you are looking for a detail service, this is not the place for you.
Having recently moved to the area, I have been looking for a good car wash, but this isn't one. They were short staffed and it's not a full service car wash, so they only do the exterior and you're left to do the inside yourself. That explains why the price seemed so reasonable at first. While I will admit it was fun being able to stay in the car while it went through the wash, that was about the extent of the fun. They did have vacuums set up for customers to use, but it was $1.25 to use and it only lasted long enough to do half the car so I had to pay twice for it.
Self service was good, but the vacuum wasn't as effective as I hoped.
Car wash was quick, but they don’t have anyone to wipe down your car. The blowers only do so much and the water streaks after make it not worth even having the wash done.
You can't beat it for the price and how quickly you can get out, even when it is full. Plus, if you really want cheap, there is a $5.99 Special on Tuesdays. Better get there early, especially before 5 PM.
