Five stars all the way for John! He had excellent bedside manner, was kind and made the experience more bearable (I hate not sleeping in my own bed). The facilities are clean, but they're a little dated - time for a revamp and maybe a new mattress ;)
If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst urgent care to go too. Went for pain in my ear and was told I was fine and got sent home. 2 days later pain was much worse to the point I could not lift my head.. went to East Boston health center and was told my ear was filled with fluid and how could this urgent care tell me I was fine. Now getting a bill for co pay that I paid when I was there. Called and was told by someone not to pay it because it was all set. Got 2 bills after and a phone call saying it's going to collections when stated who told me not to pay it billing department said no one with that name works for them. It's now May and I'm still fighting this bill from December. This place should be shut down they have ZERO IDEA what they are doing, Doctors and billing. If you want to be properly diagnosed go anywhere but here.
The people at Lawrence Memorial worked tirelessly on behalf of a family member - who had a severe stroke. I cannot say enough about the care and patience they showed. Top notch; as good as any I have experienced.
The urgent care clinic has always given me the best care and advice. I am very grateful that this clinic is available to me. Out-of-town guests have used it twice.
