The dry cleaning came out dirty, despite the fact that I pointed and marked the stains with them. There was dog hair in my suit.
The Korean woman didn't apologize or acknowledged their mistake. She simply ignored me. As I was leaving the place, the husband said "DON"T COME BACK" I came and asked what he had said and both of them asked me to never come back.
Our dryer broke so we lugged our wet laundry to this laundromat. Just as we put our bags down in front of two empty dryers, we were stopped with "Oh...no!! If you didn't wash them here, you can't dry them here!"
We went to Circle Laundry at Wellington Circle where Alex is always great and enjoyed an espresso next door while waiting for the laundry to dry.
Surely, I won't come back.
Look, some stains come off when dry cleaning and some don't. I understand that. What doesn't come off easily is bad attitude and rudeness and there seems to be plenty of that in this place.
Well.... I just spent $120 on this place between wash and fold and dry cleaning.
Plenty of machines, well maintained, lots of parking free in back
