Despite operator paging my number twice, no callback for emergency lockout. Went with another service.
These guys are great. Showed up in their scheduled window and were far cheaper than any other price we got
I always check to make sure I have my wallet and keys but after a long night in the office I let the door lock behind me with the keys inside. I was located about 15 miles south of their office and DJ arrived exactly within the timeframe given which was more than reasonable as was the pricing considering it was nearly midnight. There also wasn't even left so much as a scratch on the lock or the door. I have a very heavy lock on the door so DJ brought two sets of equipment which ended up being needed. I'm a business owner so I rarely write reviews or put my name behind a company but this is one I can feel entirely confident standing by.
Called had a appointment and no one showed up . Went down to see what may have happened. Sorry they sent out the owner the next time took time with me showed me the best lock for my situation.So after telling me it would be a week to order that was some where around the end of October. Have not see or heard from him since.Why take the time and never show up?
I went several times to Home Depot to have keys made, they could never get the key right, went to Dabbs Lock they made the keys quick and they WORKED. 000
