I am a property manager - needed several jobs done in the area. After meeting with John, the owner, and agreeing on a quote he gave me for a job in Cambridge, he seemed professional and I was looking forward to working with him. We had agreed on a date for his guys to do the job, and I even met him again to get a quote for another project. John rescheduled the work twice and then never showed up to do the job. I left him messages as well as email and no response back. Very unprofessional. Wasted my time.
This roofing company is outstanding. They were prompt in returning our call, when most contractors take days. They were professional, courteous, wrote a detailed estimate, and kept me informed of every step, been taking photos of the roof for me. They were knowledgeable as it was a difficult rubber roof with many repairs needed. They removed old fixtures and fixed many errors previous roofers had made that led to leaks.
