They have been open 3 months and still don’t have grooming staff. They don’t even have temporary staff to cover grooming on a Saturday.
This Petco sets the bar for big name petstores. I seldom find the aquatic section of a petstore to be well maintained, stocked, and with such a selection of products. I've bought a dozen various fish since they opened and just purchased 3 red cherry shrimp. Not only was I called when the RCS were in stock (I had asked to be put on a list), they were held for me until I got there. BONUS, one of the shrimp are pregnant! All the employees were knowledgeable as well. Mark, Danny (I hope that is his name), Cory, Channon are just to name a few, have been a blast to talk to and learn from. Firm customer of this new petco.
Great deals and very helpful staff. Mark went above and beyond to help me from signing me up for Pals rewards. Helping me find a tag for my kitten and helping me engraving it.
