I had to rent a car from he team at Medford Enterprise because I was in an accident. They were incredible throughout the whole process. Even when the at fault insurance company was giving me some trouble, the enterprise team jumped in and took care of the issue on my behalf. Great service!
Everyone there is extremely helpful and they go out of their way to do the best they can for you. Management is very friendly and knows your time is important so he doesn't waste your time. There is no other place I'd rent from, period.
We rented a car from this location on a very busy Saturday, we got there 20 minutes after they closed and the associate, was nice and took great care of us. She was very friendly, professional and had us on our way quickly. Upon return Joe the manager took care of us. He was also very friendly, professional and provided us excellent customer service. It was a great experience from pick up to return. Thank you to Joe and his team for excellent customer service and it was such a nice touch to have gotten dropped off at the T. Will definitely rent from the location on Mystic again!
I would give 10 stars if I could. The guys there are super attentive and helpful...especially Jacob Letizia who made my renting experience effortless. I'll be back!!
