We have to wait more than 30 minutes for get somebody on the store. They doesn't care about the customer.
Reserved a car online, got dropped off with 2 infants (and car seats!!!) to pick up the car... NO CARS AVAILABLE! Luckily ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL is located right across the street. Thank you, Hertz... never say never but... it'll be hard to trust again...

Excellent, courteous and professional staff . We encountered a problem with the rental that was originally booked at the airport. We got to our hotel by UBER. The hotel informed us of the Mystic Ave. Hertz office. I felt instant relief as soon as I spoke to Mr. Kelly Larson. I worked for hospitality industry in the U.S. for over 17 years and I know customer service by heart. Mr. Larson and Nathan, his employee care for their customers as revealed in the manner deliver service. They recovered our loyalty to the company/brand. This Hertz office is a 5-star!
