FRAUD. Avoid at all costs. I did what I thought was a "trial membership". It was written on my contract in pen. When I told the gym staff and later the manger to cancel they did not and instead kept billing me. I called their billing company ABC billing several times regarding the issue and I go them to stop charging me, only to refer me to a collecting agency 10 months later. I am currently gathering information for a lawsuit.
Never been so disrespected in my life that way the owner of that stablishment did with me and my wife. Stay away of this Gym! There’s a lot of good gyms in the Boston area with a better service!
Was a member here for years when I lived in Boston. Came back to Boston on business and asked to pay to use the gym for a workout. Most gyms have a day pass. Not Golds. They refused. OK, don't take my money.
They will steal you blind. If I can start a contract in Medford Mass I should be able to end one in Medford. This gym makes you send a letter to Arizona to end their contract. They clearly have nothing to offer so they steal and get working people to sign on to contracts.
Its good size gym, where everything is separated in a organized manner.
